Story:
Kamogawa Yoshiro living in Nozucho, Ooita is a psychic with telepathic abilities suddenly.Yoshiro knows that people with psychic power to him other than the town live. Yoshiro is considered "I want to use the psychic power for the peopl and the society".But ESP who the other was had used for "their own desires" entirely.

This manga has not flashy battle scenes, and using the ESP also stupid.That's why It has to express the use of ESP with human full-length I think.Drama is broadcast from April in the popular cartoon.Drama that this manga is original has been broadcasting from April.
